L.C. “Cal” Fulenwider, III
President
Cal Fulenwider III has been the President of LCF Inc. for more than 20 years. Fulenwider has had the key role in the strategic planning, development and management of the approximately 7,500 acres surrounding DIA and owned by LCF Inc. Prior to developing projects in the DIA area, Fulenwider was the Venture Manager for the 500,000 square foot Bank One building in downtown Denver and has overseen the development and management of numerous high-end residential projects, including Polo Club North, Polo Club North Homes and Polo Field West, and Larimer Place Condominiums (a downtown Denver high-rise). Fulenwider is a founding member of the CU Real Estate Council and the DIA Business Partnership, and he obtained a bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the University of Colorado.
Bill Prather
Vice President
Bill Prather has been involved in commercial real estate for more than 20 years. Prior to joining L.C. Fulenwider Inc., Prather was Vice President-Development for Betawest Properties Inc., the real estate subsidiary of U S West. Prather has extensive experience in the negotiation of both sale and lease transactions gained through his years representing Mountain States Telephone and AT&T in this area as well as U S West and its subsidiaries after the Bell System break-up. With Fulenwider, Prather assists in the development activity around DIA and was a partner in the on-site development of WorldPort at DIA, the first private development at the new Airfield. Bill received his bachelor's degree in Business from The University of Colorado.
Marcia A. Lujan
Vice President & CFO
Lujan joined LCF Inc. in 1990. Her principal responsibilities are financial reporting, financial analysis for acquisitions and development projects, securing financing, and financial structuring for joint venture opportunities. In addition, Lujan oversees the day-to-day activities of LCF's business. Lujan graduated magna cum laude from Columbia College, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting.
Chris Thompson
Vice President - Marketing
Thompson joined LCF Inc. in 1991 and has more than 14 years experience in the real estate industry, starting as a real estate broker in Southern California in the late 1980's. Thompson has been involved in the leasing and disposition of numerous assets for LCF Inc and third parties. In 1997, he partnered with LCF Inc. in a $70 million air cargo development on-site at Denver International Airport (WorldPort at DIA), where he was responsible along with other partners for the acquisition, planning, development, leasing and disposition (sold 2001) of the project. Currently, his primary responsibilities with LCF Inc. include marketing and development of LCF Inc. land projects in the DIA area and new LCF Inc. office buildings. Thompson graduated from UCLA in 1985 with a bachelor's degree in economics.
Mark Throckmorton
Vice President - Construction
Throckmorton joined Fulenwider as the Construction Manager in 1994 and has overseen multiple development and construction projects for Fulenwider, including a luxury single-family home development, a multifamily home development, the Marriott Courtyard Hotel at DIA, the Corporate Office for Frontier Airlines and regional infrastructure for the Denver International Business Center. Throckmorton is a 23-year veteran of construction and development, having constructed many facilities in the Denver metropolitan area, including churches, a library, recreation facilities, office buildings, warehouses, swimming pools, banks, tenant finishes, country clubs and more. Throckmorton serves on the boards of several Metropolitan Districts and is a member of the Denver International Business Center Architectural Control Committee.
