Hotel Park and Conference Center
The master plan for the Denver International Business Center designates a Hotel Park and Conference Center in the northernmost section of the park. This area is the closest ready-to-develop property to Denver International Airport. The Hotel Park and Conference Center is zoned to accommodate approximately 2,600 hotel rooms in addition to mixed-use development such as office and retail. The location benefits from proximity to DIA, superb visibility from both Pena Boulevard and Tower Road, and excellent ingress and egress. In addition, this site enjoys unrestricted views to the West.

The Fairfield Inn by Marriott The Fairfield Inn is a limited service hotel that opened in early 1996. It originally started with 107 rooms, but soon after the grand opening, an overflow of business justified an addition.
The Fairfield now has 161 rooms, and is enjoying high occupancy. The Fairfield resides on the southwest corner of 69th and Tower Road.

Courtyard by Marriott The Courtyard by Marriott has 202 rooms and stands eight stories high. The bar and restaurant are a popular place to relax or hold a small, informal meeting. The restaurant serves all three meals and caters to larger meetings in any of three meeting rooms. The Courtyard is located north of the Fairfield on the northwest corner of 69th and Tower Road.

La Quinta Inn The 175-room La Quinta Inn is a limited service hotel that has both affordable room rates and a classy Spanish atmosphere. The hotel sits directly south of the Fairfield on the northwest corner of 68th and Tower Road.

Embassy Suites The seven story, 174 room Embassy Suites is a full service hotel providing "all suite" accommodations, a full service restaurant, pool, exercise room and eight meeting rooms.

DIBC Office Park/Corporate Campus
A modern corporate campus, which complements the dramatic high plains setting, is planned for the heart of DIBC. The park will consist of low and mid-rise office buildings with earth-tone colors and beautiful landscapes. This dynamic office park will complement breath-taking views of the Rocky Mountains and the DIA terminal. Large sites suitable for national and regional headquarters are available.
